Perupetro S.A.: This is a Government Agency that administers and controls all Oil & Gas
contracts in Peru. We have implemented the following modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed
Assets, Cash Management, Purchasing/iProcurement and Inventory. The project was completed on time following Oracle's
AIM Implementation Methodology. |

Occidental Production del Ecuador: This is one of the main Oil & Gas companies working
in Ecuador. OXY also participates in the Trans Andean pipeline, now under construction. We have implemented the General
Ledger, Accounts Payables, Fixed Assets, Purchasing and Inventory modules. In addition, we implemented EDI to interchange
purchasing documents with vendors. The project was completed in the planned date following Oracle's AIM implementation
methodology. |

Bellsouth Peru: Implementation of the Accounts Receivables module with interfaces to nine
specialized invoicing applications used in the communications industry. We also developed an interface with the Accounts
Payable module in order to integrate vendor information. |

Almacenes TIA - Ecuador: This is one of the main retail companies in Ecuador,
with more than 50 stores in 34 cities. We have implemented the seven financials modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payables,
Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Purchasing and Inventory. This project was completed in 6 months and
is been documented as a "Success Story" by Oracle Ecuador. |

Maple Gas del Peru: Maple is an American company dedicated
to produce and refine petroleum in Peru. For the Peruvian office, we have implemented the seven basic financials modules.
Additionally, we have developed a Commercial module to satisfy specific needs of the industry. This project was completed
in January 2003 and has been considered a "Success Story" by Oracle Peru. |

the largest department store in Peru. This project had a special complexity, related to special requirements from the
peruvian's financial sector. We have implemented the seven basic financial modules and iProcurement. In addition, we
developed several customizations to satisfy specific needs of the industry |

Saga Falabella: Saga Falabella is the largest department store
in Peru. We have implemented the seven basic financial modules and iProcurement. In addition, we developed interfaces with
POS systems and a program to conciliate credit cards. This project was completed successfully and we are planning to implement
Oracle in 2 more companies belonging to the Falabella group. |

a government entity in charge of Public Treasury accounts management and Main Government bank services. The basic seven
